If you are reserving a room via credit card deposit, please answer all questions with
marked (*) fields.
To reserve a room, we request that you include
your name, mailing address, phone number, credit card number with
expiration date, and email address (if available). A deposit
equal to one room night is required to confirm a reservation and is
charged at time room is reserved. To receive a refund of your
deposit, you must notify us at least 14 days prior to the confirmed
day of arrival.
Guests who fail to arrive and check in (and who do not
request a cancellation) for a confirmed reservation will be billed for the
entire stay.
A $20 administrative processing fee will be
charged for any cancellation of a standing reservation.
